Interviews: Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend interviews, which can take place in person, by telephone or by videoconference. The purpose of these interviews is to assess candidates’ compatibility with the PCA culture, discuss their technical and behavioral skills, and answer any questions they may have about the position and the company.

Skills assessment: Depending on the position, we may ask candidates to participate in additional assessments to evaluate their specific skills related to the position. This may include technical tests, case studies, practical exercises or psychometric assessments.

Job offer: Once the selection process is complete, we make a job offer to the successful candidate. Details of the offer, including remuneration, benefits and conditions of employment, are communicated and discussed with the candidate.
